From first conversation to scanners back in the box, a success manager is assigned as your go-to contact for the duration of your event.
Discuss your check-in requirements directly with us. We'll recommend how best to manage your event check-in based on years of experience.
Once your hire order is completed, we'll schedule and send your scanners on our next-day, secure signed-for service, delivered by 1pm. Scanners are scheduled to arrive at least two working days before your event start date.
Once your scanners have been dispatched, we'll send a confirmation email including a tracking number.
Once your scanners arrive, we'll check in with you and organise a one-to-one training session so you're confident and ready to go. On-day support includes a direct contact number for any troubleshooting.
Pack up the scanners, making sure all scanners and power supplies are checked back into the box, and sign the supplied inventory.
